Anytime of the year. 12 months out of the year. Any month of the year is a reason why it’s a good to sell. In Springtime the flower so blooming, the birds chirping, and it’s a beautiful time to show a house.
January, February, a lot of people are still hibernating from their holidays. Great time to sell because you’re the only one. Everybody’s waiting for spring to put their homes on the market. January, February is super busy for many, many realtors. There are lots of studio city homes for sale during this time. Any month in the winter time towards the end of the year. A lot of investors or even small investors like mom and dad are buying for their kids, they wake up and say, hey, I don’t have any tax deductions. I’m going to buy something in real estate.
